Symptom of a Stumbling

Standard Tuning Versus in 7/4 (this is my first tab, so cut me some slack... some of these piano voicings are sorta tough to make out.. let me know if I need to make any changes!!) There are two chords in there that I am totally unsure of the voicing? The bass notes on the piano are G and F, but I can't figure out the chords! Sorry folks...
